On October 21, 2019, the primary trade union organization of the healthcare institution «4th City Clinical Hospital named after M. Saŭčanka» held the reporting and election conference. Budrevič Hieorhij Siamionavič, the Chairman of the Minsk City Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Healthcare Workers, attended this event.

The chairman of the trade union committee A. Šablinskaja made a report on accomplished work, which summed up the results of the trade union committee for the period from 2014 to 2019. «The motto of the trade unions of Belarus is «We are together». Our trade union committee sets the task of uniting the collective and increasing membership in the union. We want all employees to be united not only by professional activities but also by leisure time, so that the team can participate in the life of each employee, help solve problems, rejoice and get upset with him. Only in such a friendly team new creative endeavors, professional growth, and progressive ideas can take place. Only in such a team, where the trade union committee and administration are interested in creating good working conditions for employees, they will feel comfortable and confident. The newly elected trade Union Committee and its commissions will have to work on these issues and try to make a more active statement about the role of the primary organization in the life of the collective. The main directions in this work remain: protecting the rights and interests of employees, respecting the law, increasing responsibility for the results of their work and the work of the team as a whole», A. Šablinskaja noted in her report.

A. Šablinskaja was elected as a chairman of the trade union committee on the basis of  the results of voting on key issues of the agenda.

Zambržycki Ihar Jaŭhieńjevič, Deputy Head doctor for administrative and economic work, was elected as a Chairman of the Audit Commission. The newly elected trade union committee will continue its activities with 10 members.

The closing speech was made by the chairman of the Minsk City Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers, Budrevič Hieorhij Siamionavič. He emphasized the achievements of the trade union committee for the period 2014-2019 and wished further success and high achievements in the work of the trade union committee.
