Send us by e-mail a description of your problem, as well as a full medical epicrisis (including the results of your CT scan, MRI and other examinations, if any).
After that, an employee of our hospital will contact you, inform you about possible options for examination and treatment, as well an approximate examination programme and the approximate cost of services.
Send us an email confirming that you intend to arrive at our medical facility. In the letter indicate the dates convenient for you and attach a copy of your passport.
Then our coordinator will contact you to complete all necessary documents and plan your arrival.
You will be supervised by a Russian-speaking medical coordinator throughout the entire period of examination and treatment in our medical centre.
Accompanying and professional translation services will not be charged an extra fee.
Working hours of our department: Monday – Friday, 7:45–16:20 Minsk time.
As a state hospital, we do not provide transfer and accommodation.
Upon termination of your stay in our hospital, all examination results (record and discs) are provided to the patient in Russian or English at no extra charge.
The process coordinator and patient care staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the recovery process and further follow-up.
Payment for medical services can be effected both in advance (by bank transfer) and at the cash desk of the hospital (by credit card or in cash in Belarusian rubles).
As a state hospital, we operate according to the price list of the Ministry of Health of Belarus
